The GENERAL COMMITTEE is responsible for defining and promoting the objectives and research directions of the Foundation. Additionally, it disseminates calls for proposals and manages relationships with partners, research institutes, and other academic societies.
THE GENERAL COMMITTEE
The Board of Directors shall elect among its members a GENERAL COMMITTEE including the President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer and a Secretary General.
The term of office of the members of the GENERAL COMMITTEE shall be two years, renewable.
TERMS AND MISSION
The main tasks of the GENERAL COMMITTEE concern matters of scientific, administrative and relationship order, which means:
- To prepare the meetings of the Board of Directors and ensuring the implementation of its resolutions,
- To define and promote the objectives and research topics,
- To ensure the relationship with the other French, European or other Academic Societies,
- To ensure the relationship with the Research Insitutes, the Universities, the Donators of the FFRD, including the Pharmaceutical industries, as well as the supervisory authorities.
