[vc_row][vc_column][ffrd_title title_level=”2″ title_align=”title_align_left”]THE GENERAL COMMITTEE[\/ffrd_title][vc_empty_space height=”64px”][vc_column_text]The GENERAL COMMITTEE<\/strong> is responsible for defining and promoting the objectives and research directions of the Foundation. Additionally, it disseminates calls for proposals and manages relationships with partners, research institutes, and other academic societies.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Board of Directors shall elect among its members a GENERAL COMMITTEE<\/strong> including the President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer and a Secretary General.<\/p>\n

The term of office of the members of the GENERAL COMMITTEE<\/strong> shall be two years, renewable.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][ffrd_title title_level=”3″ title_align=”title_align_right”]TERMS AND MISSION[\/ffrd_title][vc_empty_space height=”64px”][vc_column_text]The main tasks of the GENERAL COMMITTEE<\/strong> concern matters of scientific, administrative and relationship order, which means:<\/p>\n

  • To prepare the meetings of the Board of Directors and ensuring the implementation of its resolutions,<\/li>\n
  • To define and promote the objectives and research topics,<\/li>\n
  • To ensure the relationship with the other French, European or other Academic Societies,<\/li>\n
  • To ensure the relationship with the Research Insitutes, the Universities, the Donators of the FFRD, including the Pharmaceutical industries, as well as the supervisory authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
