Since 2013, the research projects supported by the Foundation aim to better understand the epidemiology and pathophysiology of diabetes and its complications, assess the effectiveness of treatment, and advance fundamental research on the disease to achieve better management of diabetic patients.<\/p>\n

As a recognized public utility foundation, FFRD aims to improve knowledge of diabetes and reduce the burden of its complications through all the projects it finances.<\/p>\n

Whether in fundamental, clinical, or translational research<\/strong>, the supported projects have enabled major advances in the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of this complex disease<\/strong>, thereby highlighting the richness and impact of the work carried out by these Francophone researchers.<\/p>\n
