TERMS AND MISSIONS

TERMS

The Board of Directors shall elect among its members a GENERAL COMMITTEE including the President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer and a Secretary General. The term of office of the members of the GENERAL COMMITTEE shall be two years, renewable.

ITS MAIN MISSIONS

The main tasks of the GENERAL COMMITTEE concern matters of scientific, administrative and relationship order, which means:

  • To prepare the Board of Directors meetings and ensure its resolutions execution,
  • To define and promote the objectives and research topics,
  • To ensure the relationship with the other French, European or other Learned Societies,
  • To ensure the relationship with the Research Insitutes, the Universities, the Donators of the FFRD, including the Pharmaceutical industries, as well as the supervisory authorities.
